Ribs Special – Leap Day Monday 29th Feb!
Jeez! Well that was a corker of a special! I don't think I've ever seen so many ribs on one occasion rushing out the kitchen door! Wonderful turn out to our Leap Day Ribs Special on Monday 29th February and from the feedback (and empty plates!) it seemed everyone enjoyed themselves! Although the enormous platters of Sticky BBQ Ribs for 4 people disappeared - I did manage to snag the last few at the end of the night. Mmmmm...And this was just a mini version of what was served up on platters tonight! Sorry folks but you may have to wait another 4 years for another Leap Day Ribs Special of this calibre!
